Living in Sussex and Serving All of Southern New Brunswick

BBA, REALTOR®

Hey there neighbours, I’m Joe!

Born and raised in Southern New Brunswick, I have an in-depth knowledge of the areas I’ve grown up in and this is where I have raised my own children. Sussex, Saint John, Moncton & Sackville, I’ve called them all home. I truly love this province and I would not live anywhere else. This is why I enjoy helping people to find their perfect home here.

After graduating from NBCC-SJ and UNBSJ with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, I started my career as a corporate business analyst and financial analyst. Numbers matter and it’s this experience that helps me to help others see the important information amongst the data. I also have a healthy appreciation for the asset that is your property. Equity and investments are a part of my daily conversations.

Personally, I love to visit the gym. I’ve worked hard for body-building competitions, such as the New Brunswick Body Building Championships, Saint John Invitational and Flex Lewis. This training gave me a strong body and also a strong mind. I have parlayed this experience and hard work into personal training. Sharing the mental and physical gains I’ve come to know with others is something I truly enjoy. I listen to others about their personal desires for themselves and guide them along a path towards their goals.

In April 2019, I became a licensed REALTOR® to continue helping people achieve their desired goals. Stories of my mutual successes with my clients include helping them before their listing with blown in insulation to trimming problematic trees. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty to help out a client. So investor, first time home buyer or downsizing family, I’m here to help.

When I’m not helping clients with their real estate needs, I can be found in the gym, spending time with my family, mountain biking or hiking in beautiful New Brunswick.

If you have any questions about buying or selling real estate, I would love to hear from you.

Community Involvement
Royal LePage Shelter Foundation

I donate a portion of every single transaction to our Shelter Foundation fund. Locally, this is the Beausejour Family Crisis Resource Centre Inc in Shediac who support those experiencing family violence and individuals experience emotional and life challenges.

100 Men Who Care

100 Men Who Care Greater Moncton brings together 100 men (though often more) to collectively bring funds in support of local organizations. Four times annually, the men of our group will have three community organizations present who they are and their plans for the funds. The men vote on a “winner” though to ensure maximum support the winner will take 60% of the donated funds for that session and the other two organizations will each take 20%. This method ensures that every organization qualified to present will receive support from our community.

Harvest House Atlantic
I believe in a sound body making for a sound mind. I actively work with Harvest House Atlantic in their efforts to bring support to the most vulnerable of our community. Providing physical exercise in a structured and supportive environment means that the people we help can grow strong in every way.
Sussex Sharing Club
Growing up in Sussex I’m aware of how sometimes my neighbours are in need. I make a point of regularly checking in with our community’s Sussex Sharing Club – a food bank and thrift store not-for-profit – to understand what they may be lacking in terms of donated support and trying to shore that up as best as I can, while encouraging others to do the same.
How can Joe help you?
